摘  要:为促进现代职业教育高质量发展,江苏电子信息职业学院变频器技术课程教学团队深化校企合作,改进教学内容,创新教学模式。对接职业核心岗位,开发“岗课融通”知识体系;对接“智能产线控制与运维”职业技能等级标准,开发“课证融通”项目内容;坚持立德树人,开展“训育一体”协同育人;采用任务驱动,开展“学习目标、思政引入、资格认证、项目引入、任务描述、创新拓展”六步教学,实施“岗课证训育”一体的教学改革与实践,不断提高人才培养质量,对职业教育课程教学模式改革起到了一定的示范和推动作用。To promote the high-quality development of contemporary vocational education,the teaching team of the Inverter Technology and Application course of Jiangsu Vocational College of Electronics and Information deepens school-enterprise cooperation,improves teaching content and innovates the teaching mode.The following measures are taken:connecting with the core professional posts to develop the knowledge system of“integration of post and curriculum”;connecting with the professional skill level standards of“intelligent production line control and operation and maintenance”to develop the content of the“integration of curriculum and certificate”project;adhering to fostering virtue through education to carry out the coordinated education of“integration of training and education”;adopting task-driven teaching to carry out the 6-step teaching of“learning objectives,ideological and political introduction,qualification certification,project introduction,task description,innovation and expansion”.In this way,the teaching reform and practice of integrating post,curriculum,certificate,training,and education is implemented to constantly improve the quality of talent training.It has played a certain role in demonstrating and promoting the reform of curriculum teaching modes in vocational education.
