摘  要:目的:探讨术前营养支持对食管癌患者术后蛋白代谢、生活质量和并发症的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年4月临沂市兰山区枣园中心卫生院收治的进行手术治疗的食管癌患者80例为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组给予术前营养支持,对照组给予常规饮食干预。比较两组术后蛋白代谢、生活质量和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术后尿素氮生成率、白蛋白和总蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组机体功能、临床症状评分及欧洲癌症治疗研究组织量表总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。结论:针对食管癌患者有效的术前营养支持可显著提高机体蛋白水平及生活质量,减少术后营养不良相关并发症。Objective:To investigate the effects of preoperative nutritional support on postoperative protein metabolism,quality of life and complications in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:Eighty cases of esophageal cancer patients admitted to Linyi Lanshan District Zaoyuan Central Health Center who underwent surgical treatment from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the observation subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group of forty cases each in accordance with the method of randomized numerical table.The observation group was given preoperative nutritional support,and the control group was given conventional dietary intervention.Postoperative protein metabolism,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative urea nitrogen production rate,albumin and total protein levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Body function,clinical symptom scores and total scores of the European Organization for Research in Cancer Therapy scale were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).Conclusion:Effective preoperative nutritional support for esophageal cancer patients can significantly improve the body protein level and quality of life,and reduce postoperative malnutrition-related complications.
