摘　　要：目的:分析心理辅导在血站采血点无偿献血者献血中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年2月连云港市红十字中心血站采血点无偿献血者160例为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各80例。对照组实施传统干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施系统化心理辅导。比较两组献血反应及再次献血率,负性情绪评分,献血满意度。结果:观察组献血反应发生率低于对照组,再次献血率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组献血满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:系统化心理辅导的全面开展可有效控制无偿献血者献血反应发生率,改善献血者负性情绪,提升献血者满意度及再次献血率,促进献血工作顺利展开。Objective:To analyze the application effect of psychological counseling in blood donation by unpaid donors at blood collection points of blood stations.Methods:One hundred and sixty cases of unpaid blood donors at the blood collection point of Li-anyungang Red Cross Central Blood Station were selected as the observation object from March 2022 to February 2023,and were divided into the observation group and the control group based on the method of randomized numerical table,each with eighty cases.The control group implemented traditional interventions,and the observation group implemented systematic psychological counseling on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of blood donation reaction and re-donation rate,negative emotion score,and blood donation satisfaction.Results:The incidence of blood donation reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the rate of blood donation again was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After the intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The blood donation satisfac-tion rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:The comprehensive implementation of systematic psychological counseling can effectively control the inci-dence of blood donation reactions among unremunerated blood donors,improve the negative emotions of blood donors,enhance the satisfaction of blood donors and the rate of blood donation,and promote the smooth development of blood donation work.
