摘 要:目的构建野战骨科护理培训课程指标体系。方法基于培训需求调研、半结构式访谈和文献回顾拟定培训课程初稿,运用德尔菲法向30名专家进行2轮咨询,确立野战骨科护理培训课程指标体系。结果2轮咨询问卷回收有效率为100%,专家权威系数为0.78,2轮咨询各级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.171和0.163(P<0.001),最终构建的野战骨科护理培训课程指标体系包含15项一级指标、89项二级指标,并确定了不同层次的救治人员培训重点,以及不同培训内容的最佳培训方式。结论野战骨科护理培训课程指标体系合理,构建过程科学、可靠,可为培养新军事变革下野战骨科护理人才提供理论依据。Objective To construct the index system of orthopedic nursing training course in the military.Methods Based on literature review,semi‑structured interview and training needs survey,the training course indicators were preliminarily formulated.The Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of correspondence with 30 experts,and orthopedic training course in the military index system was established.Results The valid response rates of 2 rounds of correspondence were both 100%,and the authority coefficients of the experts were 0.78.The Kendall’s W coefficients of concordance for the 2 rounds of consultations were 0.171 and 0.163(P<0.001).Finally,the index system for orthopedic training course in the military was formed,and consisted of 15 first‑level indexes and 89 second‑level indexes,and training priorities for personnel at different treatment stages were established,as well as the best training methods for different training contents.Conclusion The index system for orthopedic training course in the military is reasonable,scientific and reliable,which can provide a theoretical reference for cultivating orthopedic nursing talents under the new military reform.
