伦理重建、信任重构与乡村现代化建设——梁漱溟乡村建设思想的再反思

摘　　要：梁漱溟认为文化失调是中国社会问题的根源。他以乡村本位的主体性建设为切入点,深入挖掘乡土社会传统伦理文化资源,以此培育新礼俗,型塑新的关系联结和社会整合形态。梁漱溟乡村建设思想以伦理重建为逻辑起点,以信任重构为动力机制,二者都意在以己为中心,推己及人,形成一个从微观到宏观的连续统。实践中两者相互嵌入,形成纵横交织的关系网络,共同促进乡村现代化建设。在现代化视角下,梁漱溟这一思想蕴含着以人的现代化为核心的发展思路、理性设计与感性实践相结合的实践过程和实现社会现代化的发展目标。启发我们在当下农业农村农民现代化建设中要对农民主体性的培育、乡村伦理资源的挖掘以及整体性发展观的型塑做进一步思考。Liang Shuming believes that cultural imbalance is the root cause of China's social problems.He takes the construction of rural subjectivity as the starting point,deeply excavates the traditional ethical and cultural resources of local society,in order to cultivate new etiquette and customs,and form a new relationship and social integration form.Liang Shuming's rural construction thought takes the reconstruction of ethics as the logical starting point and the reconstruction of trust as the driving mechanism,both of which aim to form a con-tinuum from micro to macro by centering on themselves and promoting themselves to others.In practice,the two embed each other,forming a network of interwoven relations,and jointly promote rural modernization.From the perspective of modernization,Liang Shuming's thought contains the development idea of taking hu-man modernization as the core,the practice process of combining rational design and perceptual practice,and the development goal of realizing social modernization.Enlighten us to further think about the cultivation of farmers'subjectivity,the mining of rural ethical resources and the shaping of the overall concept of develop-ment in the current modernization of agriculture and rural farmers.
