摘　　要：为掌握成都市高校青年志愿者在应急志愿服务中存在的问题和解决途径,采用“线上+线下”问卷调查和访谈交流的形式,对成都市10所不同类型高校的应急志愿者进行调查研究,获取高校应急志愿服务的现状和应急志愿队伍的建设与管理情况。结果表明:成都市高校大学生参与应急志愿服务的意愿较强,但同时存在应急志愿服务内容和形式相对单一、缺乏一个独立的领导指挥部门、培训机制不完善、资金投入不足等问题。针对以上问题,提出完善和创新应急志愿服务活动的内容和形式;建立统一的领导指挥机构;强化应急志愿者在知识、能力、心理方面的培训;设立专项应急资金等针对性措施。In order to understand the problems and solutions of young volunteers in emergency volunteer serv-ices in universities in Chengdu,an"on line+off line"questionnaire survey and interview communication were conducted to investigate and study emergency volunteers from 10 different types of universities in Chengdu.The current situation of emergency volunteer services in universities and the construction and man-agement of emergency volunteer teams were obtained.The results indicate that college students in Chengdu have a strong willingness to participate in emergency volunteer services,but there are also problems such as relatively single content and form of emergency volunteer services,lack of an independent leadership and command department,incomplete training mechanisms,and insufficient funding.To solve those problems,we propose to improve and innovate the content and form of emergency volunteer service activities,establish a unified leadership and command structure,strengthen the training of emergency volunteers in terms of knowledge,ability,and psychology,and establish targeted measures such as special emergency funds.
