摘　　要：厘清供应链韧性对企业创新链的影响机制是促进企业供应链和创新链深度融合的基础,也是实现“双链”融合的有力抓手。通过构建基于供应商可靠性、客户企业应对准备以及供应关系依赖的三维测度框架,以2010—2021年沪深A股上市公司为研究样本,运用非负矩阵分解和堆叠回归分析了供应链韧性对企业创新链的影响,同时讨论了供应商研发投入对二者关系的调节作用。研究发现:供应商稳定性对客户企业的知识资源获取产生抑制作用,客户企业应对冲击准备对知识资源获取和知识转化有积极作用,说明目前我国企业可能存在潜在的创新资源获取路径依赖,但表现出供应链风险倒逼创新的特征。进一步研究显示,供应商研发投入对客户企业应对冲击准备和知识资源获取之间的关系有显著的负向调节作用,供应关系依赖通过供应商研发投入对客户企业知识转化产生负向影响,表明客户企业创新活动存在“搭便车”现象。研究结论为提出实现我国企业供应链、创新链深度融合的政策部署提供了依据。Clarifying the impact of supply chain resilience on the innovation chain of businesses is the foundation for promoting the integration of supply chain and innovation chain,as well as a potent instrument for achieving the integration of“dual chains”.By constructing a threedimensional measurement framework based on the reliability of suppliers,the preparedness of customer firms,and the dependence of supply relationships,and using Chinese A-share listed companies from 2010 to 2021 as the research sample,the impact of supply chain resilience on the innovation chain of firms is analyzed utilizing non-negative matrix decomposition and stacked regression,and the moderating effect of supplier R&D intensity is investigated.It is discovered that supplier reliability has an inhibiting effect on customer firms’knowledge resource acquisition,whereas customer firms’preparedness to cope with shocks has a positive effect on knowledge resource acquisition and knowledge transformation,indicating that there can be a potential path dependence on innovation resource acquisition in firms,but it exhibits the characteristics of supply chain risk forcing innovation.Further research shows that supplier R&D investment has a significant negative moderating effect on the relationship between customer firms’preparedness to deal with shocks and knowledge resource acquisition,and that supply relationship dependence negatively influences customer firms'knowledge transformation through supplier R&D investment,suggesting that there is a free-rider phenomenon in the innovation activities of customer firms.The findings provide a foundation for proposing policy deployment to realize the deep integration of firm supply chains and innovation chains.
