摘 要:目的:探讨医学本科课程全在线SPOC教学的可行性及与传统教学比较。方法:179名医学生被分为全在线SPOC组(试验组)和传统教学组(对照组)。对两组的期末成绩进行比较。对试验组进行问卷调查及分析。结果:全在线SPOC教学模式的期末测试成绩为(83±6)分,高于传统教学的(77±10)分(P<0.001)。全在线SPOC教学的及格率、优秀率分别为100%及49%,均高于传统教学的94%及22%。问卷调查表明100%的学习者对全在线SPOC课堂整体满意,97.5%的学习者愿意常态下全在线SPOC教学。结论:医学本科课程采用全在线SPOC教学具有可行性。Objective:To explore the feasibility of full online SPOC(Small Private Online Course)teaching for medical undergraduate courses during the COVID-19 pandemic and compare it with traditional teaching methods.Methods:179 medical students were divided into the full online SPOC group(experimental group,91 students)and the traditional teaching group(control group,88 students).Final exam scores were compared between the two groups.A questionnaire survey and analysis were conducted for the experimental group.Results:The final exam scores for the full online SPOC teaching mode were 83±6,which was higher than the traditional teaching scores of 77±10(P<0.001).The pass rate and excellent rate for full online SPOC teaching were 100%and 49%,respectively,both higher than those for traditional teaching,which were 94%and 22%.The questionnaire survey indicated that 100%of learners were satisfied with the overall experience of full online SPOC classes,and 97.5%of learners were willing to continue full online SPOC teaching in normal circumstances.Conclusion:During the COVID-19 pandemic,full online SPOC teaching for medical undergraduate courses is feasible and results in better student performance compared to traditional teaching methods.It can serve as an effective alternative to traditional classroom teaching.
