文献导向联合多学科教学法在急诊护理教学中的应用

摘  要:目的:探究以文献为导向的自我学习(RISE)联合多学科协作(MDT)教学法在急诊护理教学中的改革应用。方法:将2020年1月至2021年2月期间来急诊科实习的护理专业实习生58人作为研究对象,按照实习时间不同分组,对照组29人应用常规教学模式进行临床实习,试验组29人应用文献导向联合多学科协作教学模式进行临床实习。结果:试验组护生多学科理论成绩、实践技能操作成绩、合并症病人病情分析成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实习期间试验组护生满意度高于对照组护生(P<0.05)。结论:文献导向联合多学科协作教学法,能够优化临床护理教学,提高实习期知识的学习,拓宽临床思维,可提高其教学成绩和满意度。Objective:To explore the application of literature-guided self-directed learning(RISE)combined with multidisciplinary collaboration(MDT)teaching in emergency nursing education.Methods:A total of 58 nursing students who completed their clinical internship in the emergency department from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups based on the timing of their internship.The control group(29 students)received traditional clinical internship teaching,while the experimental group(29 students)received literature-guided multidisciplinary collaboration teaching during their clinical internship.Results:The experimental group of nursing students achieved higher scores in multidisciplinary theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and the analysis of complex patient conditions compared to the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the nursing students in the experimental group during their internship was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Literature-guided multidisciplinary collaboration teaching can optimize clinical nursing education,enhance knowledge acquisition during the internship,broaden clinical thinking,and improve teaching outcomes and student satisfaction.
