摘  要:肿瘤的微环境对肿瘤的发生发展至关重要,肿瘤细胞通过组织微环境帮助其生存、增殖以及进行转移。基于已有关于肿瘤微环境与肿瘤进展之间的相关研究成果,已经形成了一系列抗肿瘤的创新治疗方法。目前,神经系统在肿瘤微环境中的存在和作用逐渐受到了关注。多项研究证实肿瘤内浸润的神经纤维的密度与多种类型肿瘤的预后以及复发率相关。同时,肿瘤细胞通过表达并释放神经生长因子等神经营养物质,促进肿瘤内的神经发生以及神经元细胞轴突的发生。肿瘤细胞还可以吸引新的神经前体细胞进入肿瘤微环境中,并促进其分化成为新的肾上腺素能神经元细胞。反过来,被肿瘤细胞诱导的交感神经肾上腺素能神经元细胞,通过释放去甲肾上腺素加速肿瘤的恶化。已有研究发现通过去神经处理可以抑制癌症的发展并提高癌症患者的总生存率。本文从神经系统对肿瘤发生发展的影响以及肿瘤对神经发生的影响2个方面进行简要阐述。Tumor microenvironment is very crucial for tumor progression.Tumor cells utilize tissue microenvironment to promote their survival,proliferation,and invasion.According to relevant research results,a series of innovative anti-tumor treatment methods have been developed and used in clinical treatment.Recently,the existence and role of nervous system in tumor microenvironment has attracted a lot of attentions.Many studies have confirmed that the nerve density in the tumor is related to the prognosis and recurrence rate of tumor.At the same time,tumor cells can express and release neurotrophic factors such as nerve growth factor to promote neurogenesis.Tumor cells can also attract new neural precursor cells to the tumor environment and promote their differentiation into mature adrenergic neuron.The sympathetic neuron induced by tumor cells accelerates the tumor progression by releasing norepinephrine.Denervation therapy has been found to suppress the development of tumor and improve overall survival rate in tumor patients.The influence of nervous system on tumorigenesis and the influence of tumor on neurogenesis are reviewed in this paper.
