摘　　要：澳洲坚果含油量高,富含不饱和脂肪酸、钙、磷、铁等营养成分,香气独特,口感极佳,发展潜力较大,近年来在我国广泛种植。快速繁育出大量高产优质的澳洲坚果种苗是近年来澳洲坚果科研工作的重点,本文从种子繁殖和无性繁殖两个方面对我国澳洲坚果种苗繁殖技术进行了综述,并结合其它果树相关研究,对我国澳洲坚果种苗无性系的建立及遗传转化技术在品种选育中的应用前景进行了展望。Macadamia nuts have high oil content,rich in unsaturated fatty acids,calcium,phosphorus,iron and other nutrients,unique aroma,excellent taste,and great development potential.In recent years,they have been widely planted in China.The rapid breeding of a large number of high-yield and high-quality Macadamia nut seedlings has been a focus of Macadamia nut research in recent years.This article reviewed the reproductive techniques of Macadamia nut seedlings in China from two aspects:seed reproduction and asexual reproduction.Combined with other fruit tree related studies,the establishment of asexual clones of Macadamia nut seedlings in China and the application prospects of genetic transformation techniques in variety breeding were discussed.
