盐酸米诺环素联合Vitapex根充糊剂治疗乳牙瘘管型根尖周炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察盐酸米诺环素+Vitapex根充糊剂治疗乳牙瘘管型根尖周炎的临床效果。方法 102例乳牙瘘管型根尖周炎患儿,以随机信封法分为参照组与研究组,各51例。参照组患儿予以盐酸米诺环素+氧化锌丁香油根充糊剂治疗,研究组患儿予以盐酸米诺环素+Vitapex根充糊剂治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效、疼痛评分。结果 研究组患儿治疗总有效率96.08%高于参照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1周、3个月、6个月,研究组患儿视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别为(1.92±0.58)、(1.39±0.46)、(0.61±0.25)分,低于参照组的(2.47±0.61)、(1.84±0.57)、(1.56±0.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸米诺环素+Vitapex根充糊剂治疗乳牙瘘管型根尖周炎效果更优,能够提升疗效、减轻疼痛,促进治愈。Objective To observe the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with Vitapex root filling paste in the treatment of fistula-type periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 102 children with fistula-type periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the random envelope method,with 51 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride and zinc oxide clove oil root paste,while the study group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride and Vitapex root filling paste.The clinical efficacy and pain score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of 96.08%in the study group was higher than that of 82.35%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the study group were(1.92±0.58),(1.39±0.46)and(0.61±0.25)points,which were lower than those of(2.47±0.61),(1.84±0.57)and(1.56±0.47)points in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride combined with Vitapex root filling paste is more effective in the treatment of fistula-type periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth,which can improve the curative effect,reduce pain,and promote healing.
