摘　　要：近年来,随着视频终端产品的广泛使用及生活压力的增加,患有睡眠障碍性疾病和干眼症的人群也不断增加。干眼症是一种严重影响患者生活质量的疾病,加重了全球的公共卫生和财政负担。睡眠障碍主要表现为睡眠时间减少、昼夜节律紊乱和睡眠呼吸障碍等。越来越多的证据表明,睡眠障碍是干眼症的一个独立危险因素,同时干眼也可以影响睡眠质量。因此,眼科医生在临床工作中应关注干眼症患者的睡眠健康问题,不能只局限于干眼本身。本文主要分析探讨睡眠障碍与干眼症之间的相关性,并归纳这种相关性的可能机制,重点分析睡眠障碍引起干眼症的机制,以期能为这一领域的未来研究提供新的思路。In recent years,with the extensive use of video terminal products and the increasing pressure of life,the number of people suffering from sleep disorders and dry eye disease is also increasing.Dry eye disease is a disease that seriously impacts the quality of life(QoL)of patients and increases the global public health and financial burden.Sleep disorders are mainly manifested as decreased sleep time,disturbance of circadian rhythm and sleep breathing disorders.More and more evidence show that sleep disorder is an independent risk factor for dry eye disease,which can also impact sleep quality.Therefore,ophthalmologists shall pay attention to the sleep health of patients with dry eye disease in clinical work,and shall not be limited to dry eye disease itself.The correlation between sleep disorder and dry eye disease is mainly analyzed in this paper,and the possible mechanism of this correlation is summarized.The mechanism of dry eye disease caused by sleep disorder is focused and analyzed to provide new ideas for future research in this field.
