摘　　要：目的探析恩度配合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的价值。方法选取2017年2月至2018年2月河北省人民医院收治的局部晚期宫颈癌患者58例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各29例。对照组仅采用同步放化疗治疗,观察组加用恩度配合治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、血清指标水平、生存率、不良反应及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCCA)、血清细胞角蛋白19片段抗原21-1(CYFRA21-1)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生存率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后患者癌症治疗功能总体评价量表(FACT-G)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部晚期宫颈癌患者采用恩度配合同步放化疗效果较好,患者血清指标趋于正常水平,治疗后3、5年生存率较高,其生活质量显著提升,患者的整体预后结局得到改善,临床上可借鉴及推广。Objective To explore the value of Endostar combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 58 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer admitted to the Hebei General Hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were included in the study and divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy alone,while the observation group was treated with Endostar combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The effective rate,serum index level,survival rate,adverse reactions and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),squamous cell carcinoma-associated antigen(SCCA)and serum cytokeratin-19-fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA21-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The survival rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G)in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Endostar combined with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy is effective for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.After combined treatment,the serum indexes of patients tend to normal level,the 3-year and 5-year survival rates are high,the quality of life is significantly improved,and the overall prognosis of patients is improved.Therefore,it can be used for reference and promot
