摘  要:食品化工类专业在职业教育深化产教融合、校企合作的背景下,面临着诸多困难。为了摆脱这一困境,就必须创新其育人模式。主要分析了产教融合背景下职业院校食品化工类专业育人体系的现状,找准产教融合育人体系的关键点,提出了落实专业群建设,实现专业与行业精准对接,“产学研转创”五位一体协同育人的创新模式,建设双师型“混编”师资队伍等途径措施,以期推动食品化工类专业在产教融合背景下的育人模式改革。As an ancient specialty,the food and chemical engineering specialty is facing many difficulties in its progress under the background of deepening the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation in vocational education.In order to get rid of this dilemma,we must innovate its education mode.This paper mainly analyzed the current situation of the education system of food and chemical specialty in vocational colleges under the background of integration of industry and education,found out the key points of the education system of integration of industry and education,and put forward the innovative mode of implementing the construction of professional groups,realizing the precise docking of specialties and industries,the five in one collaborative education of“industry,university,research,conversion and innovation”,and the construction of a double qualified mixed teaching team,with a view to promoting the reform of education mode of food and chemical engineering majors under the background of integration of production and education.
