基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式的实践研究--以“动物性食品工艺学”课程为例

摘　　要：食品专业核心课程在传统教学模式下,存在教学结构不合理、学生自主学习性不高、综合应用能力不足等短板。基于“雨课堂”构建混合教学模式平台,并运用到“动物性食品工艺学”课程的教学中。实践表明,基于“雨课堂”的混合式教学模式能够充分提高学生自主学习的积极性,有效提高学习效果,为后续共享资源平台建设奠定基础。The core courses for food majors have some disadvantages such as unreasonable teaching structure,low independent self-directed study and insufficient comprehensive application ability under the traditional teaching mode.This study used the“rain classroom”platform to construct a blended teaching platform and applied it to the course of Animal Food Technology.Practice shows that the blended teaching model based on the rain classroom platform fully raised students'motivation of self-directed learning,effectively improvd learning outcomes,which laid the foundation for construction of the subsequently shared resource platform.
