摘　　要：饲料安全关乎食品安全和人类健康。《饲料卫生学》课程是动物科学专业本科生专业基础课,掌握饲料卫生学基本原理和理论知识,可帮助本专业学生树立正确的从业观,更好地为饲料行业服务。在丰富和更新传统纸质教材的基础上,利用最新的信息手段,构建《饲料卫生学》立体教材非常必要和迫切。本文从立体教材概述出发,介绍立体教材的定义和展现形式;进一步联系《饲料卫生学》课程特点,阐述构建《饲料卫生学》立体教材的必要性;最后从三个角度阐述构建《饲料卫生学》立体教材的思路,即遵循“全面系统、丰富多彩”原则建设纸质教材、遵循“知识核心、共享更新”原则建设数字教材、遵循“立德树人、注重实践”原则建设案例库。本文可为《饲料卫生学》及动物科学专业其他课程的教学改革提供参考。Feed safety is related to food safety and human health.The course"Feed Hygiene"is a professional basic course for undergraduates majoring in animal science.Mastering the basic principles and theoretical knowledge of feed hygiene can help students of this major establish a correct view of the profession and better serve the feed industry.On the basis of enriching and updating the traditional paper teaching materials,it is very necessary and urgent for us to use the latest information means to build a three-dimensional teaching material of"Feed Hygiene".Starting from the overview of three-dimensional teaching materials,this article introduces the definition and display forms of three-dimensional teaching materials.We further relate the characteristics of the"Feed Hygiene"course,and explain the necessity of constructing a three-dimensional teaching material of"Feed Hygiene".Finally,we expound the idea of constructing the three-dimensional teaching materials of"Feed Hygiene"from three perspectives,that is,follow the principle of"comprehensive,systematic and colorful"to build paper-based teaching materials,follow the principle of"knowledge core,share and update"to build digital teaching materials,and follow the principle of"morality".Build a case base based on the principle of cultivating people and focusing on practice.This article can provide reference for the teaching reform of"Feed Hygiene"and other courses of animal science major.
