摘　　要：基于纺织设备高速、高质量发展的现状及行业出现的差异化需求、用工等问题,提出了清梳联系统的柔性控制和参数自整定技术。介绍、分析了清梳联系统智能化整定的设计和组网方案,结合清梳联各单机主要工艺参数详细介绍并验证其优势。Based on the current situation of high-speed and high-quality development of textile equipment,as well as the differentiated demands and employment issues in the industry,a flexible control and parameter self-tuning technology for the blowing-carding unit system is proposed.The design and networking scheme of intelligent tuning for the blowing-carding unit system were specifically introduced and analyzed,and the main process parameters of each single unit of blowing-carding unit were introduced in detail and their advantages were verified.
