摘 要:目的 探讨“医物技”多层次教学模式在肿瘤放射治疗学临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法 选取空军军医大学2018级五年制临床医学专业88名学员为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=44)和对照组(n=44);以外科学中的肿瘤章节(立体定向放射外科)为临床实习教学内容;试验组采用“医物技”多层次教学方式,对照组采用传统教学方式;采用实习结束后和结束3个月时的2次考试成绩和问卷调查进行结果评价。结果 试验组两次考核的成绩均好于对照组(实习结束时:76.91±4.62 vs. 67.80±7.76,P<0.001;实习结束后3个月:70.68±4.47 vs. 62.00±4.47,P<0.001)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组学员在学习兴趣、知识理解、能力提升和视野拓展等方面的评分均高于对照组(依次为7.50±0.88 vs. 5.66±1.14、7.61±0.72 vs. 5.77±1.16、7.07±0.10 vs. 5.43±0.76、6.02±0.95 vs. 4.52±0.88,均P<0.001)。结论 “医物技”多层次教学模式应用于肿瘤放射治疗学临床实习教学能提高学员学习的积极性、知识掌握的全面性和准确性,以及长期记忆的牢固性。Objective To explore the learning outcome of“Doctor-Physicist-Technician”multilevel teaching mode applied to the clinical practice teaching of Radiotherapy.Methods 88 students from the 2018 five-year Clinical Medicine major of Air Force Medical University were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 44 students in each.Stereotactic radiosurgery is the teaching content of clinical practice.The experimental group received“Doctor-Physicist-Technician”multilevel teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.Teaching effects were evaluated by test scores with a three-month interval and questionnaire survey.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed higher test scores in the two exams(right after the internship:76.91±4.62 vs.67.80±7.76,P<0.001;three months after the internship:70.68±4.47 vs.62.00±4.47,P<0.001),with statistical significance.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group had higher evaluations and satisfaction than those in the control group,especially in regard to learning interest,knowledge understanding,ability enhancement and vision expansion(7.50±0.88 vs.5.66±1.14,7.61±0.72 vs 5.77±1.16,7.07±0.10 vs 5.43±0.76,6.02±0.95 vs 4.52±0.88 respectively),with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of“Doctor-Physicist-Technician”multilevel teaching method to the clinical practice teaching of Radiotherapy could improve students learning enthusiasm,the comprehensiveness of knowledge understanding and the firmness of long-term memory.
