基于情景判断测验的工程担保职业道德研究

摘　　要：职业道德缺失是造成承保风险的主要原因之一,而有效的测量工具对于提升职业道德至关重要。情景判断测验可反映从业人员面对道德困境时的真实行为。通过专家访谈和案例研究来收集关键事件,筛选、设置了8个典型和常见的情景。基于两轮德尔菲法函询、量表形成了32个真实度和区分度较高的行为反应,其有效性得到了83%的专家认可。研究将从三个方面改进测量工具,有效准确地评价从业人员职业道德,改善工程担保的市场环境和秩序。The lack of professional ethics is one of the main causes of underwriting risks,and effective measurement tools are essential to enhance professional ethics.The Situational Judgment Test can reflect employees’real behavior in the face of ethical dilemmas.In this paper,key events were collected through expert interviews and case studies,and eight representative and universal scenarios were screened and set up.Based on two rounds of Delphi method correspondence,the scale formed 32 behavioral responses with high authenticity and differentiation,and its validity was approved by 83%of the experts.The study will continue to improve the measurement tool in three aspects to effectively and accurately evaluate employees’professional ethics,and improve the market environment and order of the construction bonding.
