彰显新型高校特色:开放大学科研发展路径审思

摘　　要：开放大学科研既要遵循高校科研的共性范式,又要彰显新型高校的个性特色。开放大学科研定位需要考虑拓展研究新领域、对接区域新要求、凝聚系统合力。面对身份的“尴尬”与定位的模糊、内部发展动力不足、系统融合发展度不够、服务国家战略和地方发展的供给侧能力不足等困境,开放大学科研发展需要进一步明晰定位,彰显新型高校特色;增强动能,激发科研发展活力;系统联动,凝聚办学系统合力;提升能力,服务国家、地方发展。Open university research should follow the common paradigm of university research and highlight the characteristics of new universities.Therefore,the research orientation of open universities needs to consider expanding new research fields,docking new regional requirements,and aggregating system synergy.Faced with the dilemmas of awkward identity and unclear positioning,insufficient internal development momentum,insufficient system integration and development,and the need to improve the supply side capacity to serve national strategy and local development,the scientific research development of open universities needs to clarify its positioning further and highlight the characteristics of new universities;enhance momentum to stimulate the development vitality of scientific research;reinforce the collaboration and interaction among open universities to consolidate the joint efforts of the school-running system;strengthen the capabilities to serve national and local development.
