摘　　要：推进开放教育教学内涵式发展是开放教育办学机构的重点工作。开放教育教学存在教学理念落后、师资力量不足、教学设施落后和教师数字化素养不够等问题,需要从更新教学理念、优化资源供给模式、提高教师数字化素养、提升学习系统的可操作性等方面采取优化措施,推动开放教育教学的内涵式发展。Promoting the connotative development of open education teaching is the top priority for open education institutions.There are problems in open education teaching such as outdated teaching concepts,insufficient teachers,backward teaching facilities,and insufficient digital literacy of teachers.It is necessary to take optimization measures from the aspects of updating teaching concepts,optimizing resource supply models,improving teachers'digital literacy,and enhancing the operability of learning systems to promote the connotative development of open education teaching.
