摘　　要：创新创业教育和劳动教育在新时代人才培养过程中发挥着重要作用,推进创新创业教育与劳动教育融合是培养新型人才的方向性要求。创新创业教育与劳动教育有着共同的价值逻辑和融合起点,两者在育人目标、育人过程、育人结果等方面存在着高度一致,但是对于两者融合育人仍存在观念滞后、资源壁垒、治理体系缺失等现实问题。只有深化创业教育和劳动教育融合育人认知、实现跨界共享、促进多元主体共建共享,才能实现办学资源的最大集约化,推动人才培养质量提升。Innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education play an essential role in talent cultivation in the new era,and promoting the integration of the two is a directional requirement for cultivating new talents.Sharing a common value logic and integration starting point,innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education have a high degree of consistency regarding educational goals,processes,and outcomes.However,there are still practical issues:outdated concepts,resource barriers,and a lack of governance systems for integration.Only by deepening the cognition of the in⁃tegration of entrepreneurship education and labor education,realizing cross-border sharing,and promoting the co-construction and co-sharing for plural subjects can we achieve the maximum intensification of school-running resources and promote the talent training quality.
