摘　　要：【目的】探讨民警家庭幸福感状况及其影响机制,为公安管理实践提供依据。【方法】采用问卷法收集有效的民警数据43097例,再实施描述与推断统计。【结果】民警家庭幸福感整体处于偏正面状态,但存在年龄、婚姻状况、工作岗位、职位级别的显著差异;健康自评、一般心理健康、家庭困难、陪伴家人情况、加班时间、从优待警满意度、职业声望均可预测民警的家庭幸福感,但不同婚姻状态下影响因素的显著性会有所差异。【结论】民警家庭幸福感存在群组差异,且受到个体、家庭、职业与社会因素影响。[Objective]To explore police family happiness and its influencing mechanism,so as to provide theoretical reference for police management practice.[Methods]The questionnaire method was used to collect 43097 effective police data,and the description and inference statistics were carried out.[Results]The overall happiness of police family is in a positive state,but there are significant differences in age,marital status,job position and rank.A range of factors,including self-assessed health,general mental health,family difficulties,family companionship,overtime work,satisfaction with preferential treatment and professional reputation can all predict police family happiness,but the salience of these factors varies across the different marital statuses.[Conclusion]There are group differences in police family happiness,which is affected by individual,family,occupation and social factors.
