摘　　要：平房仓是我国主要的粮食存储仓型。目前,平房仓普遍存在人工劳动强度大、粉尘污染严重、作业环境差、自动化程度低以及作业效率低等问题,而管链式输送机在高大平房仓中的应用有效解决了以上问题。为了更好地实现平房仓散粮进出仓高效、智能、绿色、环保作业,提升平房仓储粮的安全和品质等,本文针对管链式输送机在气密性、热桥、设备残留、增碎率等方面进行结构优化设计。Cottage warehouse is the main type of grain storage warehouse in China.At present,there are widespread problems such as high manual labor intensity,serious dust pollution,poor working environment,low degree of automation and low working efficiency,and the application of pipe chain conveyor in tall bungalow effectively solves the above problems.In order to better realize the efficient,intelligent,green and environmental protection operation of bulk grain entering and leaving the warehouse,and improve the safety and quality of grain storage in the warehouse,this paper carries out structural optimization design for the tube chain conveyor in the aspects of air tightness,thermal bridge,equipment residue and crushing rate.
