西藏口岸进口木碗卫生安全评估研究

摘　　要：本文以西藏地区人们日常所用的木碗为研究对象,采用西藏口岸进口木碗模拟盛装不同日常饮食(青稞酒、酥油茶、甜茶),测定木碗使用过程中有害物质的迁移量,根据实验结果科学评价西藏口岸进口木碗的卫生安全性。采用5批次木碗,3种日常饮食各平行迁移测试2次,计算平均值。结果表明,木碗浸泡迁移后,青稞酒、酥油茶、甜茶中铅的含量超出国家标准限量值,砷、汞、镉、铬、甲醛、苯、甲苯和二甲苯迁移含量较低。由此可见,进口不合格木碗的使用对人们身体健康构成一定风险,有必要对进口木碗进行监测,以维护广大消费者的健康安全。This paper takes the wooden bowls used by people in Xizang as the research object,uses the imported wooden bowls from Xizang port to simulate serving different daily diets(barley wine,ghee tea,sweet tea),determines the migration amount of hazardous substances in the process of using the wooden bowls,and scientifically evaluates the health and safety of the imported wooden bowls from Xizang port according to the experimental results.Five batches of wooden bowls were used,and three kinds of daily diets were tested for migration in parallel for two times,and the average value was calculated.The results showed that after the migration of wooden bowl immersion,the content of lead in barley wine,ghee tea and sweet tea exceeded the national standard limit value,and the migration content of arsenic,mercury,cadmium,chromium,formaldehyde,benzene,toluene and xylene was low.It can be seen that the use of imported substandard wooden bowls pose a certain risk to people’s health,it is necessary to monitor the imported wooden bowls,in order to maintain the health and safety of consumers.
