摘　　要：鉴于某产线内存在多规格多型号的物料需要自动上料,考虑成本、存储和管理、技能要求、可靠性和维护,以及更换备件等因素,针对性设计了一种可应用于多规格多型号物料的卡钳。该卡钳具有自动调节功能,可根据物料的尺寸自动调整夹持力度和夹持位置,以确保物料牢固夹持,同时避免对其造成损伤。该卡钳不仅可以提高工作效率,还可减少使用多个卡钳带来的安全隐患以及制作、维护、维修成本,为后续生产带来更多便利。In view of the matcrials of multiple sizesand models to be automatically loaded in a production line and considering the factors such as costs,storage and management,skill requirements,reliability and maintenance and replacement of spare parts,a kind of clamp applicable to materials of multiple sizes and models is designed.The clamp has a function of automatic adjustment,which can automatically adjust the clamping force and clamping position according to the size of materials to ensure firm clamping of materials while avoiding damage to them.The clamp not only improves the work efficiency,but also reduces the safety hazards and costs of manufacturing,maintenance and repair caused by the use of multiple calipers,which brings more convenience for subsequent production.
