扩展绝缘斗臂车斗部作业空间的方案

摘　　要：绝缘斗臂车的斗部需要具有尽可能大、尽可能灵活的作业空间。通过在绝缘斗臂车上增加主臂角度传感器、斗摆动角度传感器、摆臂摆动角度传感器及斗升降高度传感器,将原来通过机械限位的斗摆动角度范围和摆臂摆动角度范围扩大,并通过控制系统控制,防止机械干涉,确保机构和操作人员的安全。该方案可提高绝缘斗臂车斗部作业的灵活性,方便作业人员作业,在绝缘斗臂车上具有良好的推广价值。The bucket of the insulating aerial device needs a large and flexible working space as much as possible.Byadding a main boom angle sensor,abucket swing angle sensor,aboom swing angle sensor and a bucket lift height sensor to the insulating aerial device,thebucket swing angle rangeand boom swing angle rangewhich were originallymechanically limited are expanded,and they are controlled by a control system to prevent mechanical interference and ensure the safety of the mechanism and the operator.The scheme improves the flexibility of the bucket operation of the insulating aerial device,facilitates the work of the operator and has a good promotion value on insulating aerial devices.
