摘  要:五氟磺草胺是一种高活性、低毒性、长持效期、选择性好、对作物安全、环境友好的新型除草剂,其优异的性能使五氟磺草胺原药及其中间体的合成一直备受研究人员关注。针对早期合成五氟磺草胺的专利技术存在原料成本居高不下、合成工艺条件苛刻等问题,多年来国内外研发机构不断推出新的合成路线和工艺技术。综述了国内外五氟磺草胺及其关键中间体2-氨基-5,8-二甲氧基[1,2,4]三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶的合成工艺,以期为实现技术更加合理、环境友好、工艺操作安全、成本相对低廉、易于规模化生产的五氟磺草胺合成工艺的进一步完善提供技术支持。Penoxsulam is a herbicide with high activity,low toxicity,long duration,good selectivity,crop safety and environmental friendliness.Because of its excellent properties,the synthesis of penoxsulam and its intermediates have attracted much attention.In view of the problems of high raw material cost and harsh synthetic process conditions in early patented technology for penoxsulam synthesis,research and development institutions have introduced new synthetic routes and process technologies for many years at home and abroad.The synthetic processes of penoxsulam and its key intermediates such as 2-amino-5,8-dimethoxy[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine were reviewed at home and abroad.These synthetic processes are proposed to provide technical support for more reasonable technology,environment-friendly and safe process operation,relatively low cost and easy large-scale production.
