摘  要:采用紫外分光光度法、荧光分光光度法以及核磁共振光谱法研究了美沙拉嗪(MSZ)与β-环糊精(β-CD)的主客体相互作用,同时测试了主客体包合物的热力学参数(ΔG、ΔH、ΔS)。光谱数据表明MSZ-β-CD包合物的形成,包合比为1∶1,包合常数K=1.362×10^(2) L·mol^(-1)。基于MSZ-β-CD包合物荧光强度的显著增大,建立了一个简单、准确、快速、高灵敏度测定水溶液中MSZ的荧光分析新方法。MSZ的浓度与MSZ-β-CD包合物的荧光强度变化值ΔF具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.998,线性范围为0.1~0.7 mg·L^(-1),检测限为8μg·L^(-1),该方法可应用于药品中美沙拉嗪的含量测定。The host-guest interaction of mesalazine(MSZ)withβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)has been investigated using absorption,spectrofluorimetry and 1 H NMR.The thermodynamic parameters(ΔG,ΔH andΔS)of MSZ-β-CD were also studied.The inclusion complex formation has been confirmed based on the changes of the spectral properties,the linear double reciprocal plot indicating a 1∶1 binding,and the binding constant(K)was determined as 1.362×10^(2) L·mol^(-1);Based on the significant enhancement of the supramolecular complex fluorescence intensity,A simple,accurate,rapid and highly sensitive spectrofluorimetric method was developed to determine the content of MSZ in aqueous solution.A good linear correlation was obtained between the fluorescence enhancement(ΔF)and the MSZ concentrations from 0.1 mg·L^(-1) to 0.7 mg·L^(-1),a correlation coefficient of 0.998 and a detection limit of 8μg·L^(-1) were also determined.The proposed method was successfully applied to determine MSZ in its pharmaceutical dosage forms.
