摘 要:针对传统计算柴油机燃烧放热率方法的不足,提出根据示功图建立压力比管理模型来计算柴油机已燃质量分数,再通过已燃质量分数、循环喷油率以及燃油的低热值求得燃烧放热率的方法。该方法不需要进行微分积分运算,且不需要对气缸的传热过程进行分析,大大加快了计算效率,同时具有较好的精度。通过公式推导,提出一种确定韦伯函数叠加个数的方法,确定精确模拟柴油机燃烧过程所需的韦伯函数个数,避免模拟过程中出现计算过于复杂或准确性不足的问题。In view of the shortage of the traditional method for calculating the combustion heat release rate of diesel engines,a management model for calculating the combustion heat release rate of diesel engines is proposed by establishing the pressure ratio according to the indicator diagram.We calculated the combustion heat release rate by the number of the burned mass shares,the circulating fuel injection rate and the low calorific value of fuel.This method did not need to carry on the differential integral operation,and did not need to carry on the analysis to the cylinder heat transfer process,which greatly speeded up the calculation efficiency,also had the good precision.A method to determine the superposition number of Weber functions is proposed through formula derivation to determine the number of Weber functions needed to accurately simulate the diesel engine combustion process,so as to avoid the problem of too complex calculation or insufficient accuracy in the simulation process.
