摘  要:针对船舶噪声干扰和离散傅里叶变换带来的栅栏效应问题,提出基于最小二乘线性回归的水声频率估计算法。算法利用离散傅里叶变换实现接收信号的频率粗估计,对得到的频率粗估计误差信号进行加窗求和,再利用最小二乘线性回归,得到频率粗估计的误差,最终实现频率的精准估计。仿真结果表明,所提算法在低信噪比下也能实现频率的精准估计,水箱和胶州湾水下试验验证了所提算法在船舶噪声干扰下的有效性。Aimed at the problem of ship noise interference and the picket fence effect problem caused by the discrete Fourier transform,a frequency estimation algorithm of underwater acoustic based on least squares linear regression was proposed.The algorithm used discrete Fourier transform to achieve a rough estimation of the frequency of the received signal,added the window and summed the error signal of the obtained rough estimation of the frequency,and used the least squares linear regression to get the error of the rough estimation of the frequency.The accurate estimation of the frequency was achieved.Simulation results show that the algorithm can achieve accurate frequency estimation even at low signal-to-noise ratio.The water tank and Jiaozhou Bay underwater experiment verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm under the interference of ship noise.
