摘　　要：全文主要回顾了江苏省南通市肿瘤防控创业开拓的历史,描述了南通肿瘤流行趋势和分布特征,从肿瘤专科医院、肿瘤防治现场和肿瘤登记报告制度的建立、发展与完善这“三个率先”维度,重点介绍了自20世纪70年代该地区逐步构建起的以疾病预防控制中心、肿瘤防治专科联盟、癌症防治中心、肿瘤研究所和抗癌协会为支撑的区域性综合防治体系建设在推动区域性肿瘤防控方面的经验做法。This paper provides a historical review of the pioneering efforts in cancer control in Nantong of Jiangsu Province,as well as the trends and distribution characteristics of cancer in the area.The paper focuses on the establishment,development and current progress of“three priori-ties”in cancer prevention and control,namely specialized cancer hospitals,on-site work,and cancer registration reporting systems.It outlines the experiences gained from the construction of a regional comprehensive prevention and control system supported by Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Anti-Cancer Alliance,Nantong Cancer Center,Cancer Institute,and Anti-Cancer Association.These efforts have significantly contributed to the advancement of regional cancer prevention and control.
