摘　　要：距骨后突骨折是一种罕见且容易被忽视的骨折。近年来,随着对距骨后突骨折的诊断、治疗和预后的了解更加深入,针对距骨后突骨折的治疗方法也逐渐增多,但尚无标准的治疗指南。本文对距骨后突骨折的解剖、分型、治疗方法(包括保守治疗、切开复位内固定术、关节镜技术、经皮闭合复位内固定术以及机器人辅助下复位固定术)等进行综述,望能为不同类型距骨后突骨折的治疗选择提供参考。Posterior process fractures of the talus are rare so that they are likely to be overlooked.In recent years,a deeper understanding of the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of these fractures has led to increasing treatment methods for them,but there are still no standard treatment guidelines.This article reviews the anatomy,classification,and treatment methods(including conservative management,open reduction and internal fixation,arthroscopic techniques,percutaneous closed reduction and internal fixation and robot-assisted reduction and fixation)of posterior process fractures of the talus,hoping to provide references for those surgeons who may select optimal treatment options for various kinds of the fractures.
