摘　　要：蛋白质分子三维结构建模是生命科学的研究前沿,其实验基础是高质量蛋白质晶体制备及晶体衍射。对本科生开展蛋白质晶体实验教学面临建设成本高、存在安全隐患和持续时间长等实际困难,亟须建设虚拟仿真实验平台。虚拟仿真实验基于自有科研成果,设置蛋白质结晶条件初筛、结晶条件优化、晶体衍射和结构解析等模块,具有高度可行性、真实性和系统性。在实验过程中,引导和鼓励学生深入分析并自主解决遇到的科学问题,掌握蛋白质晶体研究的基本思路。已取得良好的教学效果,对相关专业的实验教学有一定的示范作用。Three-dimensional structure modeling of protein molecules is the frontier of life sciences,its experimental basis is the preparation of high-quality protein crystals and crystal diffraction.The teaching of protein crystal experiment for undergraduate students faces practical difficulties such as high cost,potential hazards and long duration.It is urgent to construct a platform of virtual simulation experiments.The virtual simulation experiments are derived from latest scientific researches,including modules of preliminary screening of protein crystallization,optimizing screening of protein crystallization,crystal diffraction and structure analysis,which is highly feasible,authentic and systematic.Students are guided and encouraged to analyze and resolve the scientific questions encountered in the experimental processes,thereby learning the core ideas of protein crystal researches.The virtual simulation experiments have achieved good teaching results and act as a demonstration for the experimental teaching of related majors.
