摘  要:提出以应用为目的透射电镜实验教学,课程分为实验A课和B课,其中实验A课以基础理论为目标;实验B课以上机实践为目标,培养具有实际操作能力的高水平工科学生。完成实验B课,学生可判断与排除常见仪器故障,且有熟练操作并在校期间可自主上机的能力。此探索能有效缓解高校透射电镜等大型仪器机时紧张,又缺少熟练操作人员的矛盾,不仅培养了一批应用型人才,同时也为专业实验教学改革提供了有益探索。This course aims to train students’ability of innovating and analyzing problems.This research focuses on the teaching exploration of the lab session of the TEM for basic specialties.This lab session is divided into Course A and Course B.Course A is to teach the basic theory of the TEM,and Course B is for the practice experience.Both two courses guide the engineering students to have the practical operation ability for TEM.After finished the Course B,students have the ability of using the TEM familiarly and the ability to judging and troubleshooting.This exploration can effectively release the pressure of the time conflict of using the TEM,and relieve the contradiction between the operators and users.Meanwhile,this exploration cultivates a great amount of applicable talents,and provides a beneficial discovery in the experimental educational innovation.
