摘  要:近年来,为推动监狱管理由“智能化”向“智慧化”的转变,需充分运用大数据、物联网、人工智能等现代科技手段,将现代信息技术与监狱各项业务融合,最大限度地整合、感测分析监管改造信息资源和社会信息资源,从而对监狱工作的各项需求作出智慧判断响应。随着人工智能语音语义识别技术的成熟及普及,基于会见、亲情电话、电子审讯、电子笔录、监听录音录像、视频监控、入侵报警、智能管控等子系统业务,运用语音识别、语音合成、语义理解、声纹注册、声纹识别等技术,搭建智慧监狱综合应用平台,实现重点罪犯的情绪识别和关键词甄别,实现文字自动转化、语音搜索、语音人机交互,为监狱管理和运营工作提效减负。In recent years,in order to promote the transformation of prison management from"intelligent"to"intelligent",it is necessary to make full use of modern scientific and technological means such as big data,Internet of things and artificial intelligence,integrate modern information technology with various prison businesses,and maximize the integration,sensing,analysis,supervision and transformation of information resources and social information resources,so as to make intelligent judgment responses to various needs of prison work.With the maturity and popularity of artificial intelligence speech semantic recognition technology,based on the sub-services of interview,family phone,electronic interrogation,electronic transcription,surveillance recording and video recording,video surveillance,intrusion alarm,intelligent control and control,the comprehensive application platform of intelligent prison is built by using speech recognition,speech synthesis,semantic understanding,voice print registration,voice print recognition and other technologies.Emotional recognition and keyword screening of key prisoners are realized,and automatic text conversion,voice search and voice human-computer interaction are realized,which can improve the efficiency and reduce the burden of prison management and operation.
