摘 要:菲律宾卡马拉尼甘大桥跨越卡加延河,主桥为(82.5+2×157.5+82.5)m三塔四跨双索面预应力混凝土部分斜拉桥。针对桥址地震烈度高、基本风速高和主墩刚度大的特点,采用塔梁固结、塔墩分离结构体系,支座采用钢阻尼隔震支座和纵向黏滞阻尼器的组合约束体系;主梁采用单箱单室斜腹板变截面预应力混凝土箱梁;桥塔采用外倾双柱式混凝土塔,塔高23.015 m;斜拉索采用空间扇形双索面布置形式,单根钢绞线公称直径15.7 mm,抗拉强度标准值1860 MPa,索梁锚固采用倒梯形锚固块+全隔板的锚固形式;主墩采用实心矩形截面,基础采用群桩基础。有限元计算分析表明,结构受力均满足AASHTO规范要求。Crossing the Cagayan River,the Camalaniugan Bridge in the Philippines is a three-pylon prestressed concrete extradosed bridge with two main spans of 157.2 m and two side spans of 82.5 m.The intense seismic activities and wind speeds at the bridge site as well as the required high stiffness of main piers pose great challenges to the design and construction of the bridge.to address these issues,the pylons and the superstructure,instead of the piers,are fixed,and a composite restraint system consists of steel seismic mitigation bearings and longitudinal viscous dampers is implemented.The superstructure comprises the single-cell,variable cross-section prestressed concrete box girders with oblique webs.The pylons,rising 23.015 m,are two-column concrete structures,and all the columns incline outwardly.The stay cables are fanned out in spatial double cable planes,the nominal diameter and tensile strength of a single constituent steel strand are 15.7 mm and 1860 MPa,respectively.The stay cables are anchored to the deck via inversed trapezoidal anchor wedges and full diaphragms.The main piers are solid rectangular concrete piers supported by group pile foundations.The numerical calculation shows that the mechanical property of the bridge complies with the AASHTO requirements.
