国家通用语言文字应用能力与认同——以西藏打隆镇村居干部为例

摘　　要：国家通用语言文字推广普及是新时代我国语言文字事业的重点,推广普通话推行规范汉字不仅是全面推动乡村振兴的主要工具,更是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要途径。文章借助在西藏山南市浪卡子县打隆镇实地调研的一手资料,重点探讨了打隆镇村居干部的国家通用语言文字应用能力、熟练程度和认同情况,得出打隆镇村居干部都有不同程度的国家通用语言文字“听、说、读、写”应用能力,而且普遍认同国家通用语言文字在现实生产生活具有不可替代作用的结论。The popularization of the standard spoken and written Chinese language is the focus of China's lan⁃guage cause in the new era,and the promotion of Mandarin Chinese and the implementation of standardized Chi⁃nese characters is not only the main tool for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization but also an important way of consolidating our sense of the Chinese nation as one community.This paper focuses on the application ability,proficiency,and identity of village cadres in Dalong Town using field research in Dalong Town,Langkazi County,Shannan City,Xizang Autonomous Region,and concludes that village cadres in Dalong Town have vary⁃ing degrees of application ability and proficiency in listening,speaking,reading,and writing the standard spoken and written Chinese language.And generally,recognize that the standard spoken and written Chinese language is important in real life.
