摘  要:现浇箱梁顶板的平整度影响后续桥面铺装层施工。目前,混凝土箱梁浇筑施工多采用人工摊铺整平,平整度控制难度较大。本文以某工程主线桥梁为背景,阐述了激光摊铺机在现浇箱梁顶板混凝土浇筑中提浆整平的运用。该技术有效提高了对现浇箱梁顶板平整度的控制,进而提升桥面铺装的整体施工质量,同时能合理控制施工成本,提高项目经济效益,得到广泛认可,可适应多种工况需求。The flatness of cast-in-place box girder roof affects the subsequent bridge deck paving layer construction.At present,the concrete box girder pouring construction mostly uses manual paving leveling,the flatness control is more difficult.Taking the main line bridge of a project as the background,this paper describes the application of laser paver in grouting and leveling of cast-in-place box girder roof concrete pouring.This technology can effectively improve the control of the roof flatness of cast-in-place box girder,and then improve the overall construction quality of bridge deck pavement,at the same time,it can reasonably control the construction cost and improve the project economic benefits,and it has been widely recognized and can adapt to the needs of various working conditions.
