摘 要:乡村振兴战略推进中要解决可持续发展的难题就要解决人力资源持续投入的关键环节。构建乡村振兴人才供给体系要建立在城乡人才双向联动的基础上,从人才供需矛盾出发,着重从人才环境优化、工作机制创新、组织建设带动、人才重点培养与引进、培训方式创新和政策供给保障等方面出实招、下实功、求实效,为乡村振兴提供智力支持和动力保障。In order to solve the problem of sustainable development in the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy,it is necessary to solve the key links of sustainable investment in human resources.The construction of a talent supply system for rural revitalization should be based on the two-way linkage between urban and rural talents,starting from the contradiction between talent supply and demand,practical measures should be taken to optimize the talent environment,innovate work mechanisms,drive organizational construction,focus on talent training and introduction,innovate training methods,and ensure policy supply.Efforts should be made to provide a continuous source of intellectual support and driving force for rural revitalization.
