摘 要:某液化天然气项目建造过程中热喷铝涂层出现起泡现象,为查找起泡原因,对起泡位置分布及外观等进行现场调查及宏观检测,使用高倍显微镜对热喷铝涂层表面微观状况进行观察,使用锋利的小刀打开泡体并使用能谱分析仪(EDS)及扫描电镜(SEM)对泡壳底部腐蚀产物及形貌进行分析,使用环境实验箱模拟热喷铝的起泡过程。结果表明:高温高湿环境下,未封孔的热喷铝涂层长时间使用非透气性材料进行包裹将导致涂层出现快速起泡现象,并据此结果进一步对热喷铝涂层施工控制提出了改进措施和建议。Thermal sprayed aluminum coating blisters were observed during the fabrication in a liquefied natural gas project,in order to identify the reason of blisters,field investigation and macro inspection were launched on the location distribution and appearance of the blisters,high-power microscope was used to observe the microscopic surface status of TSA coating.The blisters were damaged with a sharp knife,and the corrosion products and morphology of the bottom of the bubble shell were analyzed by energy dispersing analyzer(EDS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Environmental chamber was used to simulate the process of TSA blisters.The results showed that the coating of unsealed hot spray aluminum coating with non-breathable material for a long time could lead to rapid blister in the high temperature and high humidity environment.Based on the results,improvement measures and suggestions had been proposed for the construction control of thermal sprayed aluminum coating.
