摘　　要：作为创新基层社区治理体系的重要举措之一,社工站建设肩负着打通为民服务“最后一公里”,以及推进中国式现代化社会工作发展的重要使命。梳理各地社工站实践经验和L市社工站建设项目发现,层级化的管理体系与项目化的运行方式正在融合为一种“科层为体,项目为用”的社工站运行模式,其虽然具有合法性牢固、资源支持稳固、核心团队稳定等突出优势,但依然无法完全规避服务同质化、社工行政化、评估仪式化等潜在风险,仍需要转型成为高质量的融合式运行模式。As a pivotal innovation in grassroots community governance,social work stations play a crucial role in bridging the gap between people and services,furthering China’s journey towards modernized social work.This study delves into the practical experiences of social work stations across various regions,with a specific focus on participatory observations in city L.It operates under the principle of“hierarchy as the structure,project as the function”,emerging from the confluence of hierarchical and project-based frameworks.However,despite its strengths like stable legitimacy,robust resource backing,and consistent core teams,it still cannot fully circumvent challenges like service homogenization,the bureaucratic encroachment on social work,and perfunctory supervision.To transcend these limitations,a transition towards a more advanced,high-quality integrated operational model is necessary.
