摘  要:提高汽车乘员约束系统仿真中假人摆放效率,缩短分析周期,简化操作步骤,基于python语言开发一套假人姿态自适应APP。本APP可以自动导入假人模型到指定位置并调整姿态,最终导出符合法规要求的假人模型。在姿态调整中考虑到手指回弹,使模型更符合实际。该APP可将导出的假人模型刚性化,移动假人位置,使其与座椅之间存在极小的间隙,自动生成假人座椅预压分析的计算文件。通过该APP可以有效压缩搭建模型时间,提高建模效率达70%,提升了分析精度,减少计算资源的浪费。To improve the efficiency of dummy placement,shorten the analysis cycle,and simplify the operation steps in the simulation of car member constraint systems,a dummy posture adaptive APP is developed based on python language.The APP can automatically import the dummy model to the specified position and adjust the posture,and finally export the dummy model that meets the requirements of the regulations.Consider finger rebound in posture adjustment to make the model more realistic.The APP can rigidize the exported dummy model,move the position of the dummy so that there is a minimal gap between it and the seat,and automatically generate the calculation file of dummy preloading analysis.The APP can effectively compress the modeling time,improve the modeling efficiency by 70%,improve the analysis accuracy,and reduce the waste of computing resources.
