摘　　要：工业设计专业人才需要具备跨学科的综合素质,包括设计思维能力、艺术素养、工程技术能力、交流合作能力、创新意识和能力等,因此,工业设计专业需要培养创新复合型人才才能满足市场和行业的需求。当前,我国高校工业设计专业人才培养存在知识结构不合理、培养目标滞后、创新能力不强、教学方法欠缺、校企合作不深入等问题,通过建构工业设计专业创新复合型人才培养策略,构建合理的知识结构体系,夯实创新复合型多元人才的培养基础,建设高素质师资队伍,加强校企合作,注重学生实践能力和创新精神的培养,这对培养出具有国际视野的当代工业设计专业创新复合型人才大有裨益。Industrial design professionals need to have interdisciplinary comprehensive qualities,including design thinking ability,artistic literacy,engineering and technical ability,communication and cooperation ability,innovation consciousness and ability,etc.Therefore,the industrial design major needs to cultivate innovative compound talents to meet the needs of the market and industry.Currently,there are problems with the knowledge structure being unreasonable,the training objectives being lagging,the weak innovation ability,the lack of teaching methods,and the insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation in the training of industrial design professionals in Chinese universities.By constructing the training strategy for innovative compound talents in industrial design,establishing a reasonable knowledge structure system,strengthening the training foundation for innovative compound diverse talents,building a high-quality teaching staff,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and focusing on cultivating students'practical ability and innovative spirit,it is greatly beneficial to cultivate contemporary industrial design professionals with international perspectives and innovative compound talents.
