摘  要:以钼酸铵和氯化铁为原料,在常温常压下制备了纯无机钼酸铁水凝胶;通过钼酸铵和氯化铁的添加比例调节其交联度、保水能力和力学性能。结果表明,该无机水凝胶主要通过羟基桥进行交联,并自带较强的导电能力。通过引入甘油、乙二醇等溶剂形成多元混合溶剂体系,获得具备优异抗冻性的自导电无机水凝胶。保水性实验以及-20℃环境下的抗冻实验表明,制备的自导电无机水凝胶保水性、抗冻性能优异,且制备材料绿色环保,制备方法经济简单,可满足国家“双碳”战略。Pure inorganic ferric molybdate gel is prepared with ammonium molybdate and ferric chloride as raw materials under normal temperature and pressure.The crosslinking degree,water retention ability and mechanical properties of the gel are adjusted through controlling the addition ratio of ammonium molybdate and ferric chloride.It is shown by the results that the inorganic hydrogel is mainly cross-linked through hydroxyl bridge and has strong electrical conductivity itself.By adding glycerin,ethylene glycol and other solvents to form a multi-solvent system,self-conducting inorganic hydrogel with excellent frost resistance is obtained.It is verified through water retention experiment and anti-freezing observation experiment at-20℃that the self-conducting inorganic hydrogel prepared via this method has excellent water retention and anti-freezing performance.The prepared material is green,environmentally friendly and non-toxic to human body.The preparation method is economical and simple,and meets China's carbon dioxide emission peaking and carbon neutrality policy.
