摘  要:深圳恒裕后海金融中心B、C塔楼结构高宽比接近11,核心筒高宽比接近35,为沿海地区高宽比超大的超高层建筑。根据场地周边环境,合理确定了塔楼不同方向的地面粗糙度类别,得到了更准确的风荷载值。针对超大高宽比引起结构刚度弱的特点,选择受力合理的框架-核心筒结构形式,并在不同避难层设置伸臂桁架加强层或黏滞阻尼器,以提高结构的抗侧刚度或附加阻尼。由于场地岩层埋深很深,确定采用后注浆工艺的旋挖成孔灌注桩基础。为进一步优化设计,放松了风荷载作用下结构楼层位移角限值,但确保结构构件承载力及抗震安全性满足要求。同时对阻尼器设置、加强层方案及高含钢率的型钢混凝土柱进行了介绍。The height width ratio of tower B and C of Shenzhen Hengyu Houhai Financial Center is up to 11,and the height width ratio of the corewall is up to 35,which are super high-rise buildings with super height width ratio in coastal areas.Based on the surrounding environment of the site,the ground roughness categories of the tower in different directions were reasonably determined and more accurate wind load values were obtained.In response to the characteristic of weak structural stiffness caused by super height width ratio,a reasonable frame-corewall structure was selected,and ourrigger trusses or viscous dampers were installed at different refuge storeys to improve the lateral stiffness or additional damping of the structure.Due to the deep burial depth of the site rock layers,it was determined to use the post grouting technology for the rotary drilling and grouting pile foundation.In order to further optimize the design,the limit value of story drift ratio under wind load has been relaxed,but to ensure that the bearing capacity and seismic safety of structural components meet the requirements.At the same time,the settings of viscous dampers,ourrigger truss schemes,and SRC columns with high steel ratio were introduced.
