摘　　要：目的探讨拉莫三嗪结合苯妥英钠片治疗癫痫患者的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月收治的108例癫痫患者为研究对象,按照随机法将其分为单药组(54例,苯妥英钠片治疗)和联合组(54例,拉莫三嗪结合苯妥英钠片治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率高于单药组(P<0.05)。两组的药副反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组的简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)评分高于单药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的α脑电频率低于单药组,θ、δ脑电频率高于单药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于单药组(P<0.05)。结论拉莫三嗪结合苯妥英钠片治疗癫痫患者可取得显著疗效,能明显改善临床症状及认知功能,且用药安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of lamotrigine combined with phenytoin sodium tablets in the treatment of patients with epilepsy.Methods A total of 108 patients with epilepsy admitted from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random method,the patients were divided into single drug group(54 cases,phenytoin sodium tablets treatment)and combined group(54 cases,lamotrigine combined with phenytoin sodium tablets treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the single drug group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Mini Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)score of the combined group was higher than that of the single drug group(P<0.05).After treatment,theαEEG frequency of the combined group was lower than that of the single drug group,and theθandδEEG frequencies were higher than those of the single drug group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of homocysteine(Hcy),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the combined group were lower than those in the single drug group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamotrigine combined with phenytoin sodium tablets in the treatment of patients with epilepsy can achieve significant curative effect,it can significantly improve clinical symptoms and cognitive function,and the drug safety is high.
