摘  要:目的探究玻璃离子水门汀联合纳米树脂修复牙颈部楔状缺损的效果及对种植体稳定性的影响。方法选择2019年8月至2021年10月接收的86例牙颈部楔状缺损患者进行研究,根据治疗方案不同将其分为对照组(n=43,纳米树脂修复)和观察组(n=43,玻璃离子水门汀联合纳米树脂修复)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的边缘密合、边缘着色良好、牙齿色泽协调占比高于对照组,表面粗糙占比低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的一次修复成功率高于对照组,不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6、12个月,观察组的种植体稳定系数(ISQ)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后12个月,观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃离子水门汀联合纳米树脂修复可提高牙颈部楔状缺损修复成功率及种植体稳定性,降低脱落、牙髓刺激、微渗漏等不良事件发生率,提升患者远期生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of glass ionomer cement combined with nano resin in repairing wedge-shaped defect of tooth neck and its influence on implant stability.Methods A total of 86 patients with wedge-shaped defect of tooth neck received from August 2019 to October 2021 were selected for the study.According to the different treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group(n=43,nano resin repair)and observation group(n=43,glass ionomer cement combined with nano resin repair).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The proportions of edge adhesion,good edge coloration,tooth color coordination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the proportion of surface roughness was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of single repair in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 months after treatment,the implant stability quotient(ISQ)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 months after treatment,the scores of all dimensions of World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glass ionomer cement combined with nano resin can improve the success rate of repair and implant stability of wedge-shaped defect of tooth neck,reduce the incidence of adverse events such as loss,pulp irritation and microleakage,and improve the long-term quality of life of patients,which is worth promoting.
