摘　　要：数字化浪潮引领着新经济时代的快速发展。在对相关文献进行重点综述的基础上,分析数字化转型的作用机制,探讨中小企业数字化转型的设计思路,并进一步提出实施中小企业数字化转型的具体路径,以期对当前我国数字经济的深入发展和数字技术的实践应用,尤其是中小企业的经营管理能力提升有所启示。The digital wave is leading the rapid development of the new economic era.On the basis of a key review of relevant literature,this paper analyzes the mechanism of digital transformation,explores the design ideas for digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises,and further proposes specific paths for implementing digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises,with the aim of providing inspiration for the in-depth development of China’s digital economy and the practical application of digital technology,especially for the improvement of the management capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises.
